The Endeavour II Scholarships Scheme is a fully funded Malta Government scholarship, co-funded by the European Union (ESF+) 2021–2027, supporting postgraduate education at MQF Level 7 (Master’s) and Level 8 (PhD).
It aims to strengthen Malta’s labour market competitiveness by supporting students and adult learners to pursue advanced education, reduce skills mismatches, and increase research capacity in priority sectors.

Who can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be Maltese or international students.
- Apply for MQF Level 7 (Master’s) or MQF Level 8 (PhD).
- Already holding a Master’s degree → eligible only for PhD (not another Master’s or lower-level qualification).
- Not already enrolled in a PhD or equivalent Level 8 qualification.
- Commence studies between 27 April 2026 – 26 April 2027.
