The Romania ARICE Scholarship is a fully funded government scholarship administered by the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE). It offers international students from non-EU countries the opportunity to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees at Romanian universities for the 2026–2027 academic year.
