Applications are open for the NYSC-Policy Advocacy Lab (N-PAL) 2026 by LEAP Africa. This youth development program equips serving NYSC corps members with practical leadership, advocacy, policy research, and campaign skills. In addition, the program combines wide access through a Digital Policy Advocacy Academy with deeper engagement through an Innovation Lab.

About this Program

The NYSC-Policy Advocacy Lab (N-PAL) 2026 is designed for serving NYSC corps members. It helps participants strengthen their ability to lead, advocate, research policy issues, and run campaigns. As a result, fellows can develop innovative and technology-driven solutions for challenges in their host communities.

The program includes two main parts. First, participants learn through a Digital Policy Advocacy Academy. Then, they engage more deeply through an Innovation Lab.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be currently serving NYSC corps members.
  • The opportunity is for serving NYSC Corps Members from Batch A Stream 1 & 2, 2026 only.
  • Applicants must have access to an internet-enabled device such as a smartphone, laptop, or tablet.
  • Applicants must be willing to complete all modules on the Learning Management System (LMS) before the Innovation Lab.

What Fellows Receive: Leadership development, advocacy skills development, policy research skills development, campaign skills development, access to a Digital Policy Advocacy Academy, and participation in an Innovation Lab.
