D-Prize is accepting applications through its Round 1 Submission Form. Applications must be written in English. Applicants are also directed to download the application packet and distribution challenges from the home page.


Application Deadline:

Early decision deadline: May 17, 2026, at 23:59 PT.

Regular deadline: June 7, 2026, at 23:59 PT.

Extension deadline (limited to those who register): June 28, 2026, at 23:59 PT.

D-Prize is a global competition focused on scaling the distribution of proven poverty interventions in the developing world. It funds entrepreneurs ready to launch new ventures that can grow into world-changing organizations.

Which Fields are Eligible?: The competition is for ventures that distribute already proven poverty interventions; it does not fund prototypes of new interventions. Specific distribution challenges can be found on their website.
