About this Program
Dalberg Data Insights is seeking 2 AI Fellows for its AI Fellowship Program. Fellows become active members of technical project teams and help build data solutions using current technologies.
In addition, the program exposes fellows to several technical roles. These include data engineering, data science, and Gen AI. This structure helps participants understand how technical data projects are delivered in practice.
Program components include:
- Working as active members of technical project teams

- Contributing to data pipelines, Gen AI solutions, and data visualization tools
- Taking part in code reviews and improving technical processes
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency in workflows
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a graduate in AI and Data Science
- Have experience solving analytical problems using quantitative or systematic approaches
- Be self-driven, agile, and able to work independently across multiple engagements
- Be able to communicate ideas and rationale effectively to the project manager or client
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Have experience using Python to solve analytical problems
- Have work authorization in Kenya
