Applications are open for the Dalberg Data Insights AI Engineering Fellow, August 2026. About this Program

Dalberg Data Insights is seeking 2 AI Fellows for its AI Fellowship Program. Fellows become active members of technical project teams and help build data solutions using current technologies.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a graduate in AI and Data Science
  • Have experience solving analytical problems using quantitative or systematic approaches
  • Be self-driven, agile, and able to work independently across multiple engagements
  • Be able to communicate ideas and rationale effectively to the project manager or client
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Have experience using Python to solve analytical problems
  • Have work authorization in Kenya
