The BetaGlass Technical Trainee Program (BTTP) is a structured 12‑month graduate trainee program designed to provide young Nigerian graduates with practical training, mentorship, and career opportunities in a world-class glass manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience at BetaGlass factories in Agbara (Ogun State) and Ughelli (Delta State), with the potential for long-term employment.
