To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be a registered company in the country/region hosting the local event.
- Be in operation for 7 years or less.
- Have revenue between $1 million – $15 million USD, or have raised at least $500,000 USD in equity.
- Be tech-led, tech-enabled, or a pure tech company.
- Not be majority-owned by a large corporation.
- Be able to pitch in English.
- Be available for:
- Local semi-finals and finals (virtually or in-person).
- Global final event in November 2025.
