As part of its ongoing commitment to building a talented employee pipeline, Seplat is looking for top-class young candidates for its 2024 Graduate Trainee Scheme (GTS). The GTS is an intensive program designed to attract, retain, and accelerate the development of ambitious and talented graduates through a combination of on-the-job training, as well as structured learning and development programs.

Who can Apply for the SEPLAT Energy Graduate Trainee Scheme 2024?

Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum of second-class Upper (2:1) division.
• Must have a minimum of 5 0′ level credits (including Mathematics and English Language), obtained in one sitting. 
• Must have completed NYSC with a valid certificate or an exemption letter.

• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a great appetite for learning
• Good appreciation and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
