6. Greenlining Institute Leadership Academy
Additionally, the Greenlining Institute Leadership Academy aims to train and nurture the next generation of social change leaders, using a hands-on approach to learning and teaching. The academy is affiliated with the Greenlining Coalition multi-ethnic coalition of nearly 40 African-American, Asian American, and Latino community-based organizations. Selected applicants have the opportunity to get trained in core leadership skills and work in coalitions across race and ethnic lines.

7. Smithsonian Institution Fellowship Program

It is offered to graduate students, predoctoral students, and postdoctoral and senior investigators to conduct independent research and to utilize the resources of the Institution with members of the Smithsonian professional research staff serving as advisors and hosts.
