One of the best ways to study for free as a foreign student in another country is to apply for international scholarships offered by the government of that country. It will interest you to know that every year, the Government of several countries around the world welcome foreign African and international students to study in their country on full scholarships.
Each year, the University College of Northern Denmark through the Danish Government scholarships board, has a few scholarship places for non-EU citizens who are enrolled in a study programme at UCN.

The Finland Government scholarships are offered for a period of 3-9 months for Doctoral level studies and research at Finnish universities or public research institutes.

The Middle East and North Africa MENA Scholarship Programme (or MSP) offers scholarships to professionals from ten countries. The scholarships can be used for short courses, with a duration up to 90 days, in the Netherlands.
