The University of Oxford, UK has a reputation for offering several scholarships for international students from developing countries in Africa, Asia, Middle East etc. This is intended to assist students from developing world gain high quality UK education by providing scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate students to study for Masters and PhD degrees. Reach Oxford Scholarships for Developing Countries

Nationality: Developing Countries (see list from link)
Level of study: Full-time undergraduate degrees
Subject: All subjects except Medicine
Duration: Varies

University and college fees, full grant for living expenses; return flight to the UK at the start and end of the course.
You must make an application to the University through UCAS and be successful in gaining a place.

The Kufuor Postgraduate Scholarship for Ghanaian Students at Exeter College

100% of university and college fees, and a grant for living costs of at least £15,000 per annum. Funds for research and training costs will also be available to scholars. Awards are made for three years.

Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies Scholarships (OCISS)

Number of awards: Up to five awards will be available, at least 2 will be to UK students
100% of university and college fees, and a grant for living costs (the rate in 2010-11 was £11,700).

14 January 2011 for Said Business School applicants;
21 January 2011 for all other subjects.

Waverley – African Studies Centre Joint Scholarship

UK: Clarendon Fund Scholarship for International Students

Nationality: Any
Level of study: All Full time and part time graduate degree
Subject: Any
Duration: Full Period of fee liability (normally the same length as the course)
Number of awards: Not specified
Scholarships cover tuition and college fees in full and a generous grant for living expenses.
The grant for living expenses for scholars on a full-time in 2010-11 is GBP£13,590, which is normally sufficient to cover the living expenses of a single student living in Oxford.

The closing date for Graduate Admissions for 2012/13 is Friday 20 January 2013.

Eni Full Masters Scholarship at St Antony’s College for African Students

The Skoll Scholarship covers full costs of Said Business School tuition and college fees. The Scholarship also covers partial living expenses based on need, up to an additional £8,000.
