University of Alberta Centenary Scholarships 2020/2021 for Undergraduate International Students – Canada

The University of Alberta, Canada offers up to 20 undergraduate scholarships to international students for its 100 year Founders celebration.

Eligibility: Awarded to students on a Study Permit with superior academic achievement entering the first year of an undergraduate degree program at the University of Alberta. Selection based on academic standing and demonstrated leadership qualities based on involvement in extracurricular and community activities. Renewal of funding for the second, third, and fourth years is contingent upon achieving a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a full normal course load at the University of Alberta while studying on a Study Permit. Students must have less than 24 IB, AP or A-level credits. Transfer students are not eligible for this scholarship.

• Documentation required for admission must be submitted for scholarship consideration by the scholarship deadline as outlined above. This includes transcripts showing all completed courses, grades to date and proof of English Language Proficiency (see Transcript and Document Requirements).

• You must apply to an admission to an undergraduate degree program before you can apply for any entrance scholarships. Application for admissions and scholarships opens on October 1, 2019.
