About the Award: Are you a Next Generation Leader? Are you eager to make the impact you envision? To provide you with the knowledge, inspiration and skills, we have combined leadership, sustainability and impact in an 8 months development programme. The highlight of the programme is a unique three-day learning experience in the Netherlands (26 – 28 October 2017). We invite ambitious professionals (23 – 33 yrs) who are ready to rise to this Challenge to team up.

Nudge is looking for 70 company candidates and 20 wild card candidates. Do you want to be a true leader in sustainability? Let us know and apply before 15 July for the Nudge Global Impact Challenge.
70 participants from various companies and organisations around the world will take part in the Global Challenge (company candidates). 20 young talents will be given the opportunity to get their participation fee sponsored via Nudge (wild card candidates. There are 20 slots).

Eligibility: Interested candidates must meet the following criteria:
– minimum bachelors degree or equivalent
– 23 – 33 years old
– fluent in English (verbal and written)
– eager to work with an international group on the development of leadership skills in sustainability
– Students are welcome.
– Company trainees are also welcome
or candidates may apply for partial scholarships (Wildcard)
Value of Challenge: The participation fee amounts €3.300. However, for Wildcard candidates, a participation fee of €3.300 will be covered by a sponsor from the Nudge network. The costs for your accommodation during the Challenge (three days, two nights including food and drinks / approx. €500) and travel will be on your expenses.
The winners crowned ‘Best Global Young Leaders in Sustainability 2017’ will be invited to demonstrate their best skills and talents to make a world-changing project happen.
